Shipping Policy

Processing time: 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.

Because our pieces come from different specialty makers, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, and arrive on different days. This means you might get one item before another. That’s normal not a mistake. You may also get separate tracking numbers for each package. 

• Apparel and accessories: ships within 1 to 3 business days arrives in 5 to 10 business days. 
• Personalized: Ships within 2-5 business days and arrives in 5-10 business days after dispatch. 

These are estimates, holidays, high demand or carrier delays can occasionally push things back if something’s running late. We’ll keep you posted.
